Mourning meetings in memory of internationalist soldiers held about the country

During the years of rendering international aid to the Afghan people thousands of soldiers, warrant officers and divisional officers were awarded orders and medals. And eight soldiers were awarded the title of the Hero of the Soviet Union for bravery and courage.
