By Antonina Stankevich: An electric bus sightseeing tour of Minsk has been held today for diplomatic mission representatives in Belarus. The foreign visitors pointed out not only the high quality and appearance of the electric buses, but also their safety and environmental friendliness.
The new transportation means will be introduced in Minsk in test mode in two months. It takes only 5-7 minutes to fully charge the battery of such a vehicle.
The meeting might result in contracts for the supply of these vehicles abroad. Trolleybuses and trams produced at the enterprise have already been recognised in Serbia, Latvia, Moldova and Brazil, as well as in the neighbouring countries.
