In a sign of solidarity, the country's main book depository exhibits artifacts related to the history of Notre-Dame de Paris. The exhibition includes rare editions of the artistic novel of Victor Hugo in 1832.
A separate exhibition window is occupied by Napoleon Bonaparte's coronation album with scenes of the ceremony, which took place in the halls of Notre-Dame de Paris on December 2, 1804. An unprecedented case is depicted on these pages: Napoleon puts a crown on his head himself. The auction price of a rare edition is estimated by experts at thousands of Euros.
