Our own nuclear power plant is meant for our own people in the first place: we have the power industry, electric cars, and electro-houses. The power lines are built and renewed to this end. There are plans to build almost 3 thousand km per year, and modern substations, so that light and heat could be supplied 24/7, said Minister Viktor Karankevich while visiting the upgraded substation "Minsk Severnaya".
