How to circumvent Western schemes? Attempts to manipulate young people to create militant groups intensified

5 апреля 2023

Counteraction on the information front occupies an important place in the fight against extremism and terrorism. The Prosecutor General's Office states that attempts to manipulate young people for creation of militant groups, which are able to fulfill any order for money, have intensified. Today, in order to level out such negative trends, the extremist manifestations must be detected and suppressed more effectively, and their "ideological inspirers" must be identified.

The President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko also spoke about the problem of extremist activity in his Address. You can read about inevitability of punishment for radicals and extremists of any kind in this article.

Threats of reprisals and low-level insults against law enforcement officers, as compared to 2020, are far fewer now. Most of them were detained, while the rest realized in time that it was time to get out of the chats and delete their accounts. Of course, it is impossible to clean up perfectly.

Artem Sabilo, under the post about the test on the Red Beret, called the elite of the internal troops "rotten special forces." The "brave man" himself was hiding under an anonymous profile, but the police operatives had no difficulty in establishing his identity.

The danger is that today such "silent criminals" continue to skillfully hide among the Belarusians who want to turn the page and create for the sake of the state. Meanwhile, they lurk and wait for something, and sometimes they are even ready to join terrorist organizations, which are nowadays operating abroad and are aimed at undermining the national security of Belarus.

"I maintained contact with a participant in the hostilities in Ukraine, who urged me to act to destroy the state," said Artem Sabilo.

It is on such "quiet people" like Artem that foreign fighters place their bets. At the moment they are not seen or heard, but when the time comes, they will be ready to join the regiments that are now being formed in the West to make a revolution in Belarus. The President of Belarus also drew attention to this during his Address.

Alexander Lukashenko, President of Belarus:

“They make our fugitive militants. Or in other words, bandits, whom they don't spare. Today they're getting their first experience in Ukraine. But more as cannon fodder. At the same time, they prepare and send terrorists to our country to conduct sabotage and acts of intimidation.”
