On the eve of the Constitution Day the children received the main document from the hands of the first deputy head of the President's Administration Maxim Ryzhenkov in the National Olympic Committee.

"Everything comes from the Constitution. The Constitution is the most important law of our country. We are a law-governed state that we intend to further develop both democratic and civil institutions, and to take all decisions on the basis of law."
