Elena Bormotova: All the best that was created by our masters for several centuries, was exhibited in the National Art Museum. The exposition includes vary valuable objects of art. Some of them cost several million Euros. Some of the artists, like Sutin or Chagall, have never been exhibited in Belarus before. Besides, the spiritual shire of Belarus, the Cross of Evfrosiania of Polotsk was taken to Minsk.
The other things of the first centuries of adoption of Christianity in Belarus will be exposed as well. All religion of our country including Judaism arte presented. All the national rarities were collected in one place.
Boris Svetlov, the Belarusian Minister of Culture: All these things produce quite a different impression, when collected together.
The show presents exhibits from 29 museums of Belarus. Many objects of art were specially restored for the exhibition. Designers from Belarus, Russia and Lithuania take part in the organization.
