Belarusian agrarians continue to harvest the fields. The harvesting the "second bread" - potatoes - is now in full swing.

As compared to last year, the work is going faster. By the way, we began to buy less vegetables (in particular, potatoes) abroad. Good results are expected from harvesting of melons. This season, sweet fruits were planted on the area of 26 hectares, they mainly grow in Brest, Grodno, Gomel and Minsk regions.

Watermelons have been grown for several years at the President's farmstead. The schedule of the head of state is intense, but after the end of the working day he managed to find time for harvesting. The weather was favorable for work on the land.

The head of state has repeatedly noted: farming labor for him is a great opportunity to get distracted from everyday worries and excellent physical load!
