Harvesting crops without losses is a priority task for Belarusian farmers

A million tons of grain has already been harvested in the northern region. 90% of the area has been harvested in just a few fine days. The yield is higher than last year: an average of 31 centners per hectare is harvested, but individual fields with winter wheat yield up to a hundred. At the same time the harvesting of spring rape and the sowing of winter cereals is under way.
