A wide range of issues related to the development of this sector are discussed by the Head of State and key legislators, officials and experts. In particular, the draft budget, the state program of financial management and the monetary policy were addressed. The goals set by the current government must be achieved. All the President's instructions should also be implemented. 

The head of state also dwelt on some issues of the upcoming election campaign.
