Rogozhnik: Unique chance for all enterprises to substitute import

The head of the state voiced a plan for 2023. Industrial production is planned to increase by 2.4%, which will ensure the maximum volume of production for the last 10 years. The new head of the Ministry will solve this problem. 

"2.4% growth is the figures of the national forecast, the Ministry of Industry was given higher figures," said Alexander Rogozhnik, Minister of Industry of Belarus. - The growth of the physical volume index is 105%, the exports increase is 100%, the investment volume is over 120%."

"Now there is a unique situation, a unique chance for all enterprises to replace imports. All this history up to the present moment is connected with the fact that the European Union and the USA invisibly imposed technological transformations. The EU market, the post-Soviet space was limited in the supply of equipment produced in our country. This is due to the fact that environmental standards were constantly increasing, all the equipment used for their production had its origin in the EU or the U.S. We should draw our own conclusions from that history, so that we do not make these mistakes in the future."
