Today, cosmonauts from the United States, Russia, Germany, China met with the Prime Minister. Andrei Kobyakov thanked the participants of the executive committee for the trust in holding the 31st Planetary Space Congress in Minsk this September. The invited experts emphasized the contribution of Belarusian scientists and astronauts to the study of outer space.
Andrei Kobyakov, Prime Minister of Belarus: "We are aware, we understand that any space flight is always associated with a certain degree of risk, there are always random factors, but they are successfully overcome, and we greatly appreciate these people."
The meeting in the Council of Ministers was also attended by cosmonaut, Hero of the Russian Federation - Oleg Novitsky. On the eve he arrived in Minsk to meet colleagues from other countries and discuss the program of the forthcoming Space Congress.
