Prime Minister of Belarus meets Alberto Vaquina

Prime Minister Mikhail Myasnikovich met with his Mozambican counterpart Alberto Vaquina.


The heads of government discussed issues concerning cooperation of two countries. Belarus supported the establishment of joint ventures in the field of agriculture and engineering. Also Belarus and Mozambique plan to implement joint projects on developing mineral deposits and gas. Following the talks, the prime ministers signed a general cooperation agreement between the two countries. Afterwards the politicians made a joint statement to journalists.


Belarus is also ready to consider issues of training the required highly qualified personnel to ensure the work of the joint enterprises, and scientific and technical cooperation.
