The first horse farm in Belarus for the production of mare's milk increases the volumes of production. Modern enterprise produces half tons of milk per day. Useful product is yielded by elite breed horses. Nearly one hundred percent of the product is delivered to the Belarusian market.
Mare's milk is very useful, it is rich in proteins and enzymes. It strengthens the immune system, provides a person with the necessary vitamins and micro-elements.
This year, the horse farm in Logoisk district plans to produce sour milk product called koumiss.
