President of Belarus has signed a decree "On additional measures to ensure stable functioning of the economy".
In particular, the document defines the conditions of withdrawal from the Belarusian market of companies from unfriendly foreign countries. Before that, all of them had to pay a fee and obtain government authorization. The decree defines the cases, in which this is no longer required.
The need for such changes was discussed at the meeting of the President with the leadership of the Council of Ministers at the beginning of the year. The main requirement for the innovations is transparency and controllability. By the way, the government has been given the right to explain the application of the provisions of the decree.
"We offer foreigners some of the best conditions: preferences, benefits, infrastructure, of course, competencies. Come and work. But not for profit at the expense of our people. And if someone tries to do so, there are mechanisms to counteract them and to reprimand them," the President emphasized.
So, the main goal is to protect our economy from Western lawlessness. And the main requirement for innovations is transparency and controllability. The government is also responsible for this.
