Andrey Kobyakov, PM of Belarus: "Last September we launched an unprecedented mechanism of drawing long-term financial resources. Credit lines for 15 years will be provided to the Development Bank and Belarusbank."
Belarus believes that both parties will benefit from credit cooperation.
