Yesterday, the head of the Department of Industry and Sustainable Development of the French Embassy in Russia, Maxim Lariychuk, held a press conference on the occasion of the arrival of representatives of French business in Minsk. Maxim Lariychuk stated that French businessmen are interested in close cooperation with industrial enterprises of Belarus.
In the course of 2 days, the delegation will meet with the largest Belarusian companies and representatives of the ministries to present their activities and become acquainted with the potential of the Belarusian market.
The delegation had a consultation with international financial experts. They gave a positive assessment of the economic situation in the country. Also, they noted a high position in the Doing Business ranking. Today, Belarus holds the 37th place.
