The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted a decree, according to which cannabis, its resin and extracts are excluded from the list of narcotic substances prohibited for circulation.
One of the active substances of cannabis - tetrahydrocannabinol - is also excluded from the list. The turnover of these substances is authorized for use in training purposes, educational, scientific and scientific-technical activities, in the production of narcotic, psychotropic substances and medicinal for further use in medical practice.
