"Revenge for Victory over Fascism." The vandals in Slovakia desecrated a monument on the common grave of Soviet soldiers. The incident occurred in the town of Svidnik. The vandals poured blue and yellow paint on the monument and smeared the figure of the Soviet soldier-liberator in red. It is noted that the remains of 9 thousand soldiers who gave their lives for the liberation of Europe rest in the territory of the memorial.
In Polish city of Koszalin unknown people with the help of heavy machinery destroyed another monument. The sculpture was a Soviet soldier holding a little girl and a pigeon.
