Agreement on total and indefinite ceasefire enters into force in Donbass today

It was approved on Friday in Minsk by participants of Contact Group on situation in the East of Ukraine. It banned the offensive and intelligence operations, stipulated a condition to prevent shelling of schools, kindergartens and hospitals.
