The Americans seem to be ready to finally shed the costs of the Ukrainian conflict, shifting them onto the shoulders of Europeans.
NATO Secretary General Stoltenberg said that the Alliance is considering adopting a 5-year program to support Kiev with weapons. The budget of the project is 100 billion dollars. At the same time, only 16 billion dollars will be required from the Americans, the rest should be provided by European partners.
Meanwhile, there is a growing opinion among military experts that there will be no notorious assistance to Kiev from Biden. Moreover, the White House was not going to provide it from the very beginning.
