Lithuania massively cuts down forests on orders of American company, while powers costs soar rapidly

The Lithuanian authorities are ready to do anything, even mass deforestation, to please the Brussels and overseas masters.

Thousands of hectares of plantations are being destroyed on the orders of the American company BlackRock. The public is so alarmed that it proposes to hold a referendum to ask voters whether they support the restriction of clear-cutting and its complete prohibition in protected areas. However, the government is in no hurry to solve this issue.

However, not only forests can become a rarity for the average Lithuanian - the cost of power in the country continues to grow rapidly: in early December alone, the price increased by almost 20%, up to 148 euros per megawatt-hour. And according to forecasts, it will only increase during the heating season.
