Nobody has any doubts about Kiev's involvement in many terrorist attacks in Russia, including the attack on the Crocus City Hall concert hall. This was stated by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov at a meeting with foreign ambassadors on the settlement of the conflict in Ukraine, BelTA reported citing TASS.
Initial data from the investigation of the terrorist attack in Crocus show that the attack was not without a Ukrainian trace, Lavrov said. In addition, he said, the involvement of the Kiev authorities in many other terrorist attacks on Russian territory "is no longer in doubt."
The Russian foreign minister added at the same time: "The Russian Foreign Ministry recently passed an official demand to the Ukrainian authorities to take immediate steps to stop any support for terrorist activities, extradite those responsible and compensate for the damage. We demand that Kiev fulfill its obligations (concluded in UN conventions)."
Lavrov also said that Ukraine has turned into a blatantly terrorist state, it has been "terrorizing citizens of its own country and beyond its borders for 10 years".
The peace proposals by China, South Africa, Brazil and the Arab League on Ukraine are not and will not be taken into account by the West at meetings on Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky's "peace formula," Lavrov pointed out.
