“This is a systematic work. This year special attention is paid to the construction of individual housing. We do build quite a lot of them in our country. Last year, we built 44% of the total amount of housing, and this year we are exceeding this figure, and a little more than half of all homes are being built individually. So, in my opinion, the action of this decree in a timely manner will help people solve perhaps the unnecessary bureaucratic delays and simplify the construction process itself.”

"There will be no need to go for additional permits, there will be no need to coordinate the design and estimate documentation, in principle, as well as to develop. If you are confident in your abilities and trust your own knowledge in construction, there will be no need to commission the property, no need to go to the executive committee. The only thing that will be necessary: to have the documents for the site proving that it is your property, and it is necessary to register this structure in the appropriate registration authorities upon completion of construction. That's all!" said the Minister of Architecture and Construction of Belarus.
