Every week 250 people die in the UK because of long queues in hospitals. This is the statistic cited by the Times.

Last year, 1.5 million Britons stood for more than half a day due to emergency help. 14,000 died. All of this is the result of a prolonged crisis in the health care system.

Prime Minister Sunak once called reducing queues to see doctors one of the priorities of his government. However, he said that constant strikes by the medical staff are hindering the situation. Negotiations with the labor union have not been successful. Doctors continue to demand salary increases in line with inflation.
