EU delivers throws 50 billion euros to the wind again

The decision of 27 European leaders to sponsor Kiev for 50 billion euros at the summit in Brussels resonates in the masses with indignation. The head of the most popular party in Austria, represented in the European Parliament, states: "everyone realizes that Ukraine is one of the most corrupt countries in Europe, and Ukrainian oligarchs can simply misappropriate EU funds for themselves". I wonder whether sensible arguments will be able to change the Western military hysteria imposed by Washington.
