The European Union has agreed on a draft document to provide Ukraine with security guarantees (informs the German edition Die Welt). Journalists specify that the agreement does not provide for direct participation of EU soldiers in hostilities. The security guarantees under discussion concern political, military and economic assistance. Brussels is going to provide them no later than in the beginning of July.
