The politician noted that he would be able to prevent war if he became president.
"I don't think we've ever been in such danger of starting World War III as we are now. And as I state in every speech I give, I will prevent World War III, I know all these people."
The presidential candidate also said the US had become a "weak and ineffective nation" when Joe Biden took office.
