Victoria Azarenka and Aryna Sabalenka at Cincinnati tournament

Victoria Azarenka will compete with Kaia Kanepi in the first round, and Aryna Sabalenka will start her performance from the second round due to her high seeding number. Her first opponent will be the winner of the clash Martina Trevisan - Anna Kalinskaya. 

In the updated WTA ranking Sabalenka moved down by one position to the seventh place. Victoria Azarenka lost two points and is in 22nd place, Alexandra Sasnovich retained the 33rd place
