The Belarusian national beach soccer team has returned home from the United Arab Emirates. The World Championship was held in Dubai, where our team achieved a historic achievement - the Belarusians became the fourth. The guys were just a little bit short in the 1/2 match against the Italians to reach the final of the mundial. Previously, the best team result was the 11th place at the planetary forums. It should be noted that Nicolas Alvarado's guys were the only ones who won all three games in at the group stage. The individual prizes were taken away by the leader Igor Brishtel. With 12 goals he received the "golden boot" as the main scorer of the tournament, and finished among the three best players of the mundial and received the "bronze ball".

Thank you very much for the support. When we played in the semifinals, we wanted to climb higher, because we had opportunities. It was a very upsetting defeat against Italy, we lost the match for third place. But in general, I think that the tournament was decent.
Now the national team has time to recover. We are waiting for the start of the Belarusian championship in beach soccer, which is traditionally held from April to August. The national team has the Friendship Games and Euroleague on the calendar, as well as qualification for the next Mundial. In general, the World Cup is held every two years, but due to postponements, the next planetary forum will be held in 15 months.
