By Pavel Kaputsky: This week, we learned the main football news of this winter. FC BATE Borisov, the best team in the country, has a new head coach now – Oleg Dulub.

Alexander Ermakovich, who had worked in BATE for twenty years – first as a football player, then a coach, and finally as the head coach – is leaving for Moscow to work with CSKA Moscow and help another ex-coach of Borisov – Victor Goncharenko.

In his turn, Oleg Dulub is quite famous for his professional experience, including as a coach. Previously, he had worked for Chornomorets Odesa, Ukraine. As a player, Oleg Dulub played for nearly twenty clubs, including clubs from Finland, the Czech Republic, and China.

The contract with BATE was designed for one season with the option of renewing it for another year, which is not much considering this is BATE’s fifth coach only.

Oleg Dulub, the head coach of FC BATE Borisov:

"I want to create a team that will perform strongly all by itself. It's when you work with players and in the end they say – we can do it all by ourselves. This is the highest form and this is our goal."
