Three Belarusian tennis players will have today their matches of the Wimbledon tournament round, as BelTA reports.
Aliaksandra Sasnovich (world ranking 69), who play versus Czech Petra Kvitova (9). In 1/64 finals, Sasnovich defeated Spain's Nuria Parrizas Diaz (105) 6-2, 6-1.
Then Aryna Sabalenka (2) will play versus France's Varvara Gracheva (41). In the first round, Sabalenka defeated Panna Udvardi of Hungary (82) - 6:3, 6:1.
Victoria Azarenka (20) will close the Belarusian day competing against Russian tennis player Daria Kasatkina (10). At the beginning of the competition the former first racket of the world defeated Yue Yuan (106) of China in three sets - 6:4, 5:7, 6:4, and then confidently defeated Nadia Podoroska (80) of Argentina - 6:3, 6:0.
