President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has instructed to restore order in the system of soccer players' training within six months. Chairman of the Association "Belarusian Football Federation" Nikolai Sherstnev told journalists about it following the report to the head of state on the development of Belarusian soccer, BelTA informs.

Nikolai Sherstnev emphasized that the technology of educating a soccer player and bringing him to sports perfection is important. "If this technology works, there will always be a great athlete," he said.

Therefore, continued the head of the Federation, with his arrival in this position was the task to deal with what is in the system of training a soccer player and compare with the elite system that was in previous years, including during the Soviet Union. As a result, we saw a number of faults. For example, previously clearly working system of training children's and youth soccer, which consisted of a number of stages, starting from regional children's and youth sports schools: "There was built a clear pyramid of training a young footballer and provided transition to the duplicate squads, youth squad and, accordingly, professional soccer."

Now it is necessary in modern conditions to revive those best practices and put order in the system of footballers' training. "The task has been set to put things in order within six months. That is, to build a system of training soccer players, to ensure a smooth transition."
