Flame of Peace greeted in Glubokoye District

The torch relay of the main sports event of the year continues the solemn procession around Belarus. Today, the "Flame of Peace" was greeted  in Glubokoe District. There are several iconic places in the route that reflect the historical and cultural heritage of the region. The torchbearers visited the village of Mosar. This is a unique tourist and pilgrim complex with a dendrological park and the famous church of St. Anne.  Every year this picturesque place attracts believers and tourists from around the world. The participants of the torch relay  were greeted with live music and invited to a local museum.
