The first match of the 13th Christmas International Amateur Ice Hockey Tournament for the Prize of the Belarusian President is about to start at Minsk’s Chizhovka Arena between the teams of Finland and Germany.
All the participating teams held their first training sessions yesterday. This year’s tournament will feature the teams of Germany, the United Arab Emirates, Russia, Slovakia, Finland, Switzerland, as well as the Christmas Tournament debutant the Balkan team.
Admission to all the matches is free.
The opening ceremony is scheduled for 17:30 to be followed by a Belarus-UAE game.
All the matches will be held at Chizhovka Arena, games featuring the Belarusian team to be broadcast live on the TV channel Belarus 5.
