First gold medal in group exercises was won by Belarusian gymnasts. Our girls once again confirmed the high level of national rhythmic gymnastics. The Russian gymnasts took silver and the athletes from Azerbaijan took bronze. At these minutes, the individual gymnasts, including the bronze medalist of the Olympic Games in Tokyo Alina Gornosko, are fighting for medals in all-around.
The winners of the first awards in weightlifting became known. Among them is our Polina Pichugina, who won bronze in the weight category up to 45 kilograms. Weightlifters' competitions in Grodno continue. We are waiting for medals in two more weights!
