World Taekwondo Europe has notified Belarus of the cancellation of the European Championship, which was scheduled for October in Minsk. The organization explained the news on its website by unforeseen circumstances. Taekwondo is not included in the program of the second European games, although the Belarusian side emphasizes, it is, above all, the prerogative of the European Olympic Committee.
Belarus received the right to host the European Taekwondo Championship last September. Later our country agreed to host the European Championship in Para Taekwondo. There were no complaints to the hosting country during preparation for the forum.
