By Andrei Kozlov: The last group of Belarusian athletes will arrive in Brazil on 18 August. Belarus’ rowing and canoeing, weightlifting, track and field and trampoline teams, as well as the only representative of the national team in modern pentathlon Anastasia Prokopenko, have left for the Summer Olympics capital today.
Today will see the first Olympic match of Belarus’ women’s basketball team against Japan. The event will be broadcast live on Belarus 5 at 01:40.
