Belarusian rowers win 6 medals at World Championship among juniors and youth

Belarusian rowers won 6 medals at the World Junior and Youth Championships. It took place in Portugal. Alena Nermezhitskaya and Raman Zakharenko received gold in mixed doubles at a distance of 500 meters. Roman, in a duet with Uladzislau Kravets, became the world champion at a similar distance in the double kayak competition. Veranika Leonyuk and Maria Kavalenka won the highest standard medal at a distance of 200 meters in the women's double kayak race.
