Belarusian sportsmen take 5 medals at the World Cano and Kayak championship

The tournament is held in Duisburg, Germany. At first Pavel Medvedev and Oleg Yurenya became the 2nd in male 1km K2 race. Silver medal was also taken by Dmitry Ryabchenko, Dmitry Voitishkin, Denis Garazha and Alexander Volchetsky in male C4 race as well as Roman Petrushenko and Vadim Makhnev in 500m K2 race. Two other bronze medals were taken by Dmitry Ryabchenko and Alexander Volchetsky in 200m C2 race and female team of Margarita Tishkevich, Nadezhada Popok, Olag Khudeenko and Marina Litvinchuk at K4 500 m race.
