This thesis today became the leitmotif of a large meeting on the economic parameters of the year and key documents for 2020. The results of eight months are not yet encouraging.
However, the government still has time to complete the year and the five-year plan with good results. The main thing is a clear personal responsibility of the government and governors for the result. Plus discipline and order in every industry and every enterprise.

No one can calculate the business and investment plan better than the manager, and no one can establish a "dictatorship".
