By Ilona Krasutskaya (live): In about an hour and a half, President Alexander Lukashenko will deliver his annual address to the Belarusian people and the National Assembly of Belarus. Traditionally, senior officials, government officials, heads of government agencies, major companies, leading universities, banks, diplomatic corps and the media have been invited to the event at the Oval Hall.
