President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, when appointing Vladimir Pertsov as deputy head of the Presidential Administration, oriented to conduct information struggle with opponents solely on the basis of truthful facts, BelTA reports.

"If information and psychological operations are needed, we can do it easily. But the basis of everything is the truth," emphasized the Belarusian leader. - Any psychological operations are worthless if they are not based on the truth. We don't need to invent anything. Take, say, information and psychological operations on the border. Why would we lie? Look how many bodies are lying on the border today. It's snowing. It's horrible. I get reports every morning. They're dumping more of them. Here are psychological operations - film and show these scoundrels who kill people - migrants - and dump them on our territory. This is an example. And there are a lot of such examples.

Alexander Lukashenko noted that all these facts should be collected and people should be informed. "We need to prepare our people in advance for what may be, especially in the era of artificial intelligence. There will be plenty of lies," he said.
