The President has signed decrees on presenting Spiritual Revival Awards and special awards to culture and art workers. Among the awardees are rector of the Monastery of St. Elisha of Lavrishevo abbot Eusebius, the teams of the National Rehabilitation Centre for Disabled Children and the Maxim Tank Belarusian State Pedagogical University. Awards also went to the Federation of Belarus’ Trade Unions for implementing measures aimed at patriotic education, including a large-scale reconstruction of the Mound of Glory. Among the awardees is also head of the Architecture Faculty of the Belarusian National Technical University Sergei Sergachev, the author of the unique book Folk Architecture of Belarus.
10 special awards went to culture and art workers, including to Belteleradiocompany’s team for the series We Did It Together.
