The President of Belarus is visiting Orsha District of Vitebsk Region. The visit is focused on the development of the production sector, including problematic enterprises. In particular, Alexander Lukashenko visited Orsha Tool Factory. Active measures are being taken to bring this production to a stable and efficient work. The President is interested in all the nuances in detail: from the supply of raw materials to the sale of finished products. It is expected that the Head of State will visit other production facilities in the district. The industry of Orsha District is represented by 31 enterprises, including a large flax mill and a machine-tool plant. The agro-industrial complex of the district includes 15 agricultural organizations.
Alexander Lukashenko told about his plans to visit the Orsha district on August 7 at a meeting with members of the government and regional leaders. The President drew attention to the fact that this visit will become a test of the government work.
