Alexander Lukashenko spent more than an hour talking with journalist, head of the major media CIS holding Radik Batyrshin. The central theme of the frank conversation was integration in the post-Soviet space. The President continued to talk about the state and prospects of the Belarusian-Russian relations. In particular, the issues of development of trade and economic cooperation and joint exercise West-2017 were discussed. Alexander Lukashenko commented on the last talks with Vladimir Putin, as well as an explosion in the subway of St. Petersburg.
Alexander Lukashenko spoke in details about the mutual economy between Belarus and Russia. This topic was one of the main negotiations issues between the leaders of the two countries in the city on the Neva. Unresolved issues in the relationship are gone. The parties reached agreement on all points, even the most sensitive ones.
