The President of Belarus signed a decree on the establishment of the OJSC "Non-bank credit and financial organization" Belinkasgroup" with the participation of the National Bank, Belarusbank and Belagroprombank.
The creation of the organization optimizes the duplicating functions of banks in the field of collection, transportation, processing and storage of valuables, will reduce the costs of maintenance of material and technical resources, and will reduce the number of special vehicles and weapons in circulation in Belarus.
