This was discussed at the meeting of the President of Belarus with the Prime Minister of Moldova. Pavel Filip heads the government since 2016. Over the past half of the year, this is his second conversation with Alexander Lukashenko. Particular attention during the current negotiations is paid to the economy.
Moldova is a significant partner of Belarus. Last year, the trade between Minsk and Chisinau came close to a quarter of a billion dollars. The countries intend to add at least twice. This is a priority for the near future. The countries are interested in active promotion of industrial cooperation and trade.
