President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has congratulated President of the Republic of Angola João Lourenço and the entire friendly Angolan people on their national holiday - Independence Day. This is reported by BelTA with reference to the press service of the Belarusian leader.
"Belarus, like Angola, highly appreciates the opportunity to live with one's own mind, to improve one's native land, to work peacefully for the bright future of one's descendants," the message of greetings reads.
The head of state emphasized Minsk's interest in further development of the whole range of bilateral relations with Luanda. "I believe that the time has come to intensify work and start implementing joint projects in agriculture, engineering, mining, education, science and other areas of mutual interest," said the Belarusian leader.
Alexander Lukashenko wished João Lourenço good health and success, and the citizens of Angola happiness and well-being.
