President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has congratulated King Maha Vajiralongkorn of Thailand and the people of this country on the National Day of the Kingdom of Thailand, the press service of the Belarusian leader reported.
"I am confident that Minsk and Bangkok have a great potential for cooperation both in economic, political and humanitarian spheres and on international platforms, primarily in the UN and ASEAN," the head of state emphasized.
Alexander Lukashenko believes that the geographical distance between our countries does not prevent Belarusians and Thais from successfully accomplishing the urgent tasks of strengthening state sovereignty, improving the welfare of the population, jointly seeking solutions to the world's most pressing peace and security issues, including food, nuclear and military components.
The President wished happiness and health to the King of Thailand and progress and well-being to the people of this country.
